Start Service


Welcome to Marin Water. We offer several ways to start your water service:
  • Submit your request online by completing the Start Service Form. Your request will be completed within one to two business days, and you will receive a confirmation call from our Customer Service department.
  • Call our customer service team at 415.945.1400, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:15 p.m
  • Please note our office is temporarily closed due to COVID-19

New accounts may be subject to a new account service charge or may require a security deposit.

Stop Service

To stop your water service, submit your request online by completing the Stop Service Form or email us at CustomerService@MarinWater.org. You can also call our customer service team at 415.945.1400, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.

Welcome to Marin Water. Before signing up for your water service, please review the water allocation for your property. An insufficient water allocation for your type of business can lead to higher water bills. For more information, or to determine if the existing allocation is adequate for your business, please contact our Engineering Department at 415.945.1530, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
