Water Rate Advisory Committee (WRAC), 2011/12
This committee was composed of 14 citizens with a range of experiences, professionally and as water users, who came together to review MMWD's water rate structure. Specifically, the committee was created to provide input on the district’s financial challenges with a focus on the water rate structure. The goals were twofold: to ensure an adequate revenue stream for the district and to ensure that costs are allocated equitably across all customer categories.
