In-person customer assistance is available at our main office public counter Monday – Thursday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (closed Fridays). For pre-scheduled Friday appointments with Engineering Services (415.945.1530) or Water Efficiency (415.945.1520), call upon arrival and a staff representative will meet you at the door.
