Project Description 

This project involves the installation of approximately 3,400 feet of 6-inch welded steel pipe to replace undersized, fire flow-deficient and leak-prone 4-inch cast iron pipe. 

Benefits

This project will improve fire flow and seismic reliability of the system in support of the District's Fire Flow Improvement Program, a voter-approved initiative that helps boost water flows to hydrants for emergency response purposes.
