If you are having difficulty accessing the new online billing portal using your previous login credentials, use this form to request password reset assistance.


Please allow two business days for processing. The temporary password will be sent to you via email by Paymentus, Marin Water's third-party bill pay service provider. 

If you still have trouble logging in, please contact Marin Water Customer Service at 415.945.1400 during business hours, Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. If you are not aware of the email address or no longer have access, please contact us as well.
