You can start your water service online, with a fast and easy contactless approach. 

Starting Water Service

You can start your water service by completing our Start Service Form.

Your request will be completed within one to two business days, and you will receive an email or a confirmation call from our Customer Service Department.

New accounts may be subject to a new account service charge or may require a security deposit. If you live in Novato, your water provider is the North Marin Water District.

Stopping Water Service 

To stop your water service, submit your request online by completing the Stop Service Form.

For Business Customers

If you are a new business customer, before signing up for your water service please review the water allocation for your property. Insufficient water allocation for your type of business can lead to higher water bills. For more information, or to determine if the existing allocation is adequate for your business, contact our Engineering Department at 415.945.1530, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
