Project Description 

The Park Road Pipeline Replacement Project is a component of the District's Capital Improvement Program. This project includes the installation of approximately 1,670 linear feet of 8-inch, 6-inch and 4-inch potable water pipe with valves, fittings, laterals and appurtenances in coordination with the Town of Fairfax's upcoming street overlay project. The work to be done is located in the Town of Fairfax within the County of Marin. 

Benefits

The project will replace 71-year-old, leak-prone cast iron and concrete pipe with reliable, seismically resilient pipe.

Design: Fall 2024 - Summer 2025

Construction: May 2025 - July 2025
