Marin Water to launch new, convenient bill pay service

Marin Water is upgrading its legacy bill pay system to a new platform, anticipated to launch in April 2025. Guided by customer feedback and the District’s Five-Year Strategic Plan, the implementation of a modernized payment experience will provide customers with expanded payment methods, an intuitive online portal and an easier account management experience. 

The District is making every effort to ensure a smooth transition. Customers currently enrolled in e-billing and auto-pay will be automatically migrated to our new system. Auto-payments will continue to be made using the preferred payment method set by the customer. These settings may be changed at any time.

Current online bill pay customers will retain their username from the previous system but will need to reset their password to access the new system. In the coming weeks, these customers will receive an email with a temporary password, prompting a password change.
