This project replaces the existing 20,000-gallon redwood water storage tank with a bolted steel tank of the same size. The existing tank is one of just four remaining redwood tanks, is leak-prone and is more than 40 years old.

Project update (August 2026)
A preconstruction meeting was held on June 30. The contractor is working to procure necessary project materials. The project is anticipated to be ongoing through spring 2027 dude to 6-month lead time in fabricating the tank.
